Women's circles are an opportunity to meet with others from all walks of life and share the wisdom of our unique experiences. Unlike other groups, a circle
isn’t just a brunch meetup or an occasional get-together with your best gal pals. It’s not even a networking group of women professionals or regular moms’ playdate at the park.
While, those things are great, a circle is something deeper, more intentional, focused on internal and external growth and connection. It is a purposeful gathering to build community, listen openly, and feel safe. In other words, a women’s circle is a safe and sacred space for women to come together, use their voices, be heard and be seen.
Many women can lose themselves in routine and multi-tasking, supporting their partner or children, caring for their homes, juggling a career, paying the bills, etc.
Women’s circles allow a woman to rest in a space that encourages her to explore her inner world, which can be greatly healing for mental and physical well-being. To feel held in a gentle, non-judgemental way can be deeply nourishing.
