During your 60 minute session, I will create a safe space to grow at your own pace in an environment where you can be seen and heard, that also will support and respect your nervous system. Together we will use tools like Focusing, Tapping/EFT and Internal Family Systems Work.  These will allow us to examine the experiences that have shaped you to this point and determine what still serves you, or what can be transformed to a new way of living and being.

It also allows you to see if working with a life coach is the right next step you want in your life, and if I am the person with whom you want to take that journey. From there you can decide if you'd like to enroll in my Coaching Program.
